Will angina improve if I completely stop drinking alcohol? - angina

I have a soft, unstable angina pectoris. I was a heavy drinker about 12 years. I stopped to drink and I intend to adopt a healthy diet, consume vitamins, Pilates, cardio and gentle meditation.

If these patterns remain Goodwill angina improve its own?

The human body can repair almost any damage, if no changes (like cancer) or many cells perished.

Nutrients and oxygen-rich blood to the heart of supply is likely to reconstruction and reduce the risk of a heart attack.

Without knowing the true extent of angina pectoris (see his letters) that can not be sure but I think it is very likely that the improvement in angina pectoris with positive lifestyle changes and appropriate medications.

Whatever you are in a positive way, it will be good, but do not think that your angina can be mistaken on.
Typically, angina is caused by a narrowing of the arteries of the heart, but I think the chest, perhaps more stable, making it easier to control the symptoms of angina pectoris. I am not a doctor and do not give medical advice.
I offer my own opinion on many years of experience with angina pectoris.

Technically speaking, every religion forbids the consumption of alcohol. Either way, there must be a reason.
